A fascinating experience in the heart of Trentino, designed for groups with a minimum of 30 participants, which will lead you to discover the wine tradition and natural wonders of the region. Arrival in the early afternoon and, from 3.00 p.m., private visit to a niche winery producing Trento DOC sparkling wines and fine white and red wines typical of Trentino, such as Lagrein, Teroldego and Schiava. The tour will guide participants through the winemaking and ageing process, from harvesting to labelling, ending with a tasting of three wines, accompanied by a small savoury pairing. At the end of the visit, arrival at a 3-star hotel near Lake Caldaro for check-in, followed by dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
The second day begins with breakfast at the hotel and a day of discovery in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The tour will pass through the Fassa and Gardena valleys, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Stop for lunch at the Pordoi Pass and in the afternoon you can admire the Marmolada from the Sella Pass and take the cable car up to Col Rodella. Visit to Ortisei and the church of Sant’Udalrico, ending the day with a walk along the path of the old ‘Val Gardena steam train’. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
The third day, after breakfast and check-out, is dedicated to a guided tour of the historical centre of Trento, where you will discover the Piazza Duomo, the Buonconsiglio Castle and the ancient Roman Tridentum, walking on a real Roman road. The tour ends with lunch in a typical tavern and, if you have time, a further visit to a nearby winery or entry to the Museo delle Scienze (MUSE) designed by Renzo Piano. An excellent opportunity to discover the best of Trentino, including wine, nature and history.

From 3.00 p.m. private visit to a niche winery producing Trento DOC sparkling wines and fine labels of still white wines and red wines from the typical Trentino grapes of Lagrein, Teroldego and/or Schiava. The tour of the wine cellar includes an explanation of the production method in the winemaking and ageing rooms, starting with the harvest and ending with labelling.
It ends with a tasting of 3 wines with a small savoury pairing.
Arrival at the 3-star hotel near Lake Kaltern. Check-in and dinner directly at the hotel.
Overnight stay in double rooms.

Departure for a one-day tour to discover the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO heritage site, through the Val di Fassa and Val Gardena. These are the places that will immerse you in the most unspoilt and scenic landscapes of Trentino, allowing you to see glimpses that will leave you breathless and the chance to get to know the local cultures and traditions.
Departing from the hotel we will travel in the direction of Moena, in the Fassa Valley, and then on to Canazei and the Pordoi Pass with a stop for lunch. In the afternoon, ascent to Passo Sella with a view of the Marmolada glacier and possibility of a cable car ascent to Col Rodella. Descent to Ortisei and visit to the church of Sant'Udalrico. We will conclude with a walk along the path made from the old rails of the ‘Val Gardena steam train’
Return to the hotel.
Dinner directly at the hotel and overnight stay in double rooms.

In the morning visit to the historical centre of Trento with a tour guide; the walk lasts about 2½ hours. Starting from Piazza Dante we will reach the beautiful Piazza Duomo with the cathedral and the frescoed façades of Casa Cazuffi Rella until we reach the Bonconsiglio Castle, which we will only see from the outside. An exciting visit to the ancient Roman Tridentum in the city's underground area is also planned for the morning, where we will walk together on a real Roman road.
Lunch at a local tavern or brewery with a typical menu.
End of the tour and return. If you also have the afternoon available, it is possible to include in the tour a second visit to a winery in the vicinity of the city or access to the famous Science Museum (MUSE) designed by Renzo Piano.

The details of the itinerary with timing, names of the wineries and the accommodation facility will be agreed with the group contact person.
Pets are not allowed in most of the facilities and wineries included in the tour, please inform us of your request during the availability check.
List of participants with rooming list and indication of special dietary requirements, such as intolerances and allergies, must be communicated to the staff at least 10 days prior to arrival.
