The package includes 2 nights stay at an elegant b&b in the heart of Franciacorta wine region, small group Brescia food tour, guided visit at a Franciacorta winery with tasting and New Year’s Eve dinner with music directly at the b&b bistrot.

Arrival in Franciacorta by your own car or hire car, free parking available on site (indoor and outdoor).
Check-in at this elegant B&B in Franciacorta is available from 3pm. You will be accommodated in a double room with private bathroom and exposed wooden beams. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, complete bathroom linen, independent air conditioning and a continental breakfast served at your table in the B&B's own bistro.
Transfer to Brescia on your own (about 30 minutes by car). You can also do a self check-in late in the evening if you prefer.
At 5:30 p.m., meet in Brescia for a tasty food tour on foot through the historic center: four gastronomic stops to discover the best of local cuisine, accompanied by pirlo, the famous Brescian spritz, and a second drink of your choice of craft beer or glass of Franciacorta wine. A convivial and fun way to learn about downtown Brescia and get into the New Year's atmosphere. The walk makes up a total distance of about 2 km, and the tastings are mostly turned in standing.
Activities end at approximately 9.30 pm.
Way back to Franciacorta and overnight stay.
Sweet and savoury breakfast at the hotel.
Drive yourself to a Franciacorta wineru (15 minutes drive approximately). Here a guided tour of a niche winery with tasting of 3 Franciacorta DOCG wines awaits you. You will discover the secrets of the production of the famous Italian bubbles, a symbol of the territory.
Lunch and afternoon free to explore the area: you can visit the village of Iseo for a walk along the lake or go shopping at the Franciacorta Outlet Village.
Way back to the accommodation.
New Year's Eve dinner served at the accommodation restaurant. The festive dinner includes a tasting menu and a welcome drink. Other beverages ordered during the dinner are to be paid on site.

Single-sided cooked tuna cube, sesame carrot cream, and teriyaki
Salt cod fritter, purple cabbage, and wasabi mayonnaise
Potato cream, spicy octopus, and dehydrated olives,
Parmeasan cream, black truffle, and poached quail egg
APPETIZER
Cauliflower condensation, smoked salmon tartare, and puffed rice
FIRST COURSE
Risotto creamed with franciacorta wine, shrimps and shellfish reduction
SECOND COURSE
Plancha-style pig, roman cabbage and spiced sauce
DESSERT
Artisanal Panettone with citrus custard
Music is played during the evening.
Cotechino and lentils after midnight, as per Brescian Tradition!
Overnight stay at the b&b.
Breakfast and check-out by 11:00.
Day at leisure to return home or continue visiting Franciacorta and Lake Iseo.

In case of rain, the tour operates at 100%. We recommend bringing an umbrella and a waterproof jacket.
Yes, we can accommodate gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian alternatives. The walking food tour cannot be organised with vegan alternatives. Please inform us of any special dietary restrictions when booking. If you do not inform us at least 2 days before the tour, the alternative cannot be guaranteed.
For the New Year's Eve dinner, however, we can accommodate all necessary alternatives.
