Departure at 10.30 am from the centre of Brescia in a Mercedes van, accompanied by a local tour guide who is a wine expert, for a day dedicated to taste and discovery. The tour includes a private visit to Agroittica Calvisius, an Italian leader in caviar production, followed by a gourmet lunch featuring a tasting of various fine varieties. In the afternoon, the experience continues in the Franciacorta hills with a visit to a winery and a tasting of DOCG wines.

Enjoy an exclusive food and wine tour in Brescia, in the heart of Lombardy, designed to introduce you to two of Italy’s finest products: Calvisius caviar and Franciacorta DOCG wines. A top-class gourmet experience combining a tour of the production facilities, guided tastings and signature cuisine.
10.30 am – Pick-up in Brescia
Departure from the centre of Brescia in a luxury Mercedes van, accompanied by a local tour guide who is a wine expert and will be on hand throughout the day to enhance the experience with insights into the region and its finest products.
11:00 am – 2:00 pm – Private tour of Agroittica Calvisius
Arrival at Calvisius, an international leader in caviar production and a symbol of Italian haute cuisine. The experience includes a tour of the aquaculture facilities and the educational observatory, which houses various species of sturgeon. A guided viewing of a film on the caviar production process.
This is followed by a gourmet lunch featuring a caviar tasting.
We will head to a selected gourmet restaurant, where caviar takes centre stage in a refined tasting menu.

Private transfer of approximately 40 minutes.
2.45 pm – Franciacorta DOCG Experience
In the afternoon, transfer to the Franciacorta region, one of Italy’s most prestigious wine-growing areas for the production of classic method sparkling wines. A private tour of a boutique winery, including an in-depth look at the production method and a guided tasting of Franciacorta DOCG wines.
Around 5.00 pm – Return to Brescia
The tour concludes with a return to the city after a day dedicated to flavour, local produce and excellence.
