Discover the beauty and wine-making tradition around Trento with a tour that will take you to unique wineries, where you will learn about history, passion and excellent wines. You will arrive independently, ready for a visit to a large cooperative winery where you will learn about the characteristics of a land that, at the foot of the Dolomites, produces excellent red and white wines, both still and sparkling. The tour will guide you through the wine-making and ageing rooms, ending with a tasting of three wines accompanied by savoury snacks. After a free lunch break, with the option of booking a table at one of the recommended restaurants or exploring the city of Trento and its picturesque villages, the afternoon will feature a visit to a small family-run winery. Here, you can experience the producer’s passion first-hand and taste two wines, accompanied by a small snack. A perfect experience for wine lovers seeking the authenticity and quality of Trentino.
Arrival in the province of Verona on your own with your car or rented car. Based on your preference of red or white wines we will go together to define whether to focus the day on Soave or Valpolicella wineries.
In the morning, at approximately 10 a.m., visit to a niche wine cellar. The reception staff will give you an introduction to the pedoclimatic characteristics of Valpolicella and the distinction between the classic and extended zones or the Soave zone. The tour continues in the wine-making and ageing rooms where you will be told about the production process from the grape harvest to labelling. The cellar tour ends with a tasting of three wines with a small savoury pairing.
Lunch is at your leisure. You can ask our staff when organising your itinerary to book you a table at your favourite restaurant from our selection of recommended restaurants. Or if you prefer to grab a bite to eat and take advantage of your lunch break to visit a village, the historic centre of Soave with its castle is ideal. While for the Valpolicella the villages of Negrar, Fumane and Sant'Ambrogio are excellent choices.
In the afternoon, at about 15.00, visit a small family-run winery. Here you will be able to experience the producer's passion at first hand and learn more about the special characteristics of niche wineries. The winery experience ends with a tasting of 2 wines with a small savoury accompaniment.
End of services and return on your own.
The winery details will be provided upon confirmation, one month before your arrival. Specifically, you will receive a selection of 2–3 wineries per category to help personalize the tour according to your preferences.
Pets are not allowed in most of the accommodation and wineries included in the tour, please contact us to check availability before booking.

The package is available for online booking for a minimum of one person and a maximum of eight people. For larger groups, please contact us before making a reservation.

75% refund for cancellation 8 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellation between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival.
100% non-refundable for cancellations received within 3 days prior to arrival and no-shows.
