Check-in is available from 2.30 pm in a modern wine resort with spa. You will be accommodated in an elegant and cosy apartment with a bedroom, private bathroom and living room with kitchen. The apartments range in size from 32 to 37 square metres, ideal for couples but with the possibility of accommodating 2 additional people on a sofa bed. All apartments are soundproofed and offer views of the vineyards, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, safe, flat-screen TV, toiletries and linen.
The rest of the afternoon and dinner are free to explore the charming center of Desenzano, just a 15-minute drive away.

Free morning to explore the village of Sirmione with its characteristic castle, just a 10-minute drive from the wine resort.
Access to the property's spa is available from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The wellness area includes a Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, pink salt room, sensory shower, ice waterfall, cold water jet, relaxation area, solarium, and herbal tea room. A bathrobe, towel, and slippers are also provided.
At 3:30 pm, a guided tour of the property's winery will be held with guests. You'll be shown the wine production and aging areas, along with an explanation of the production method and the history of this dynamic winery. The tour concludes with a tasting of four selected wines paired with appetizers prepared by the chef.
New Year's Eve is at your leisure to organize according to your preferences. You could dine in the apartment and then head to Desenzano for a fun party in the square. Alternatively, we can book a New Year's Eve dinner at a farmhouse just a 5-minute drive from the property, offering a choice of à la carte menus and DJ entertainment.
