An immersive experience in the cradle of the Italian metodo classico, with a stay in a traditional farmhouse and a visit to the renowned wineries of Franciacorta.
You’ll experience guided tastings of fine DOCG labels, paired with a typical dinner that celebrates the excellence of the area with iconic dishes such as Risotto al Franciacorta and Manzo all’Olio di Rovato.
Our Franciacorta wine and food weekend package will allow you to discover the best of this wonderful area and, above all, enjoy it in your own time, in total autonomy.
Arrival in Franciacorta with your own car or a rental car. If you need assistance also for this service please do not hesitate to contact our team. You will be free to arrive at the preferred time.
Check-in at the hotel, depending on availability and what was agreed upon during the itinerary organisation phase, accommodation will be in a 3-star hotel or traditional farmhouse.
The first dinner is included in the package and will be served directly at the accommodation restaurant or in a nearby restaurant. The menu includes a tasting of 3 traditional courses with beverages included: water, coffee and a bottle of local wine for every 2 people. You will taste typical dishes such as Risotto creamed with Franciacorta wine and Manzo all'Olio di Rovato, which is a very tender beef meat cooked for several hours in olive oil sauce and served with polenta.

DAY 2
Breakfast at the accommodation.
In the morning, visit a renowned winery. The hospitality staff will introduce you the history and development of modern Franciacorta as a wine-growing area of excellence for the production of classic method sparkling wines.
The tour continues in the wine-making and ageing rooms where you will be told about the production process from the grape harvest to labelling. The cellar tour ends with a tasting of three Franciacorta DOCG wines with a small savoury pairing.
The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the area. You can reach Lake Iseo shore and the fascinating Monteisola, Italy's largest lake island. Here you can take a lovely lakeside walk between the village of Peschiera Maraglio and the hamlet of Sensole and enjoy a typical lunch of lake fish. The villages on the Brescian shore of Iseo, Clusane and Paratico are also nice options for spending time outdoors and doing some shopping.
We will be happy to recommend the best spots in the area to round off the day with a delicious dinner.
Return to your accommodation and overnight stay.

In the morning, visit a small family-run winery. Here you will experience the producer's passion at first hand and learn more about the special characteristics of niche wineries. The winery experience ends with a tasting of 2 Franciacorta DOCG wines paired with a snack.
End of services. If you have the opportunity to stay in the area in the afternoon, you could take a relaxing walk in the Torbiere del Sebino nature reserve and visit the Monastery of San Pietro in Lamosa, of great historical and artistic value for Franciacorta and the province of Brescia.
The details of the wineries and the accommodation will be communicated one month prior to arrival in the itinerary organization phase. Specifically, you will be given a selection of ⅔ wineries by type in order to customize the tour to your preferences.
Pets are not allowed in most of the accommodation and wineries included in the tour, please contact us to check availability before booking.

The tour is wheelchair accessible, it is important to inform our staff of your specific needs in order to select the most suitable itinerary.
The package is available for online sale with bookings of a minimum of two people on a double basis and a maximum of 6 people (with accommodation in 3 double/twin rooms) in the same booking.

Payment of the balance upon confirmation of booking by credit card.
Cancellation conditions:
75% refund for cancellation 15 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellation between 14 and 9 days prior to arrival.
100% non-refundable for cancellations received within 8 days prior to arrival and no-shows
