An exclusive experience for two to discover the wine excellence of Valpolicella and Verona. Self-drive arrival and check-in at a 3-star hotel or traditional agriturismo. The evening begins with a traditional dinner, with typical dishes such as Risotto all’Amarone and bigoli al ragù d’anatra, accompanied by a local wine. The next day, visit a niche winery, where you will learn about the production of Amarone, Ripasso and Recioto, with a tasting of three wines. The afternoon is free to explore Verona, visiting the historic center and, if you wish, the Arena.On the third day, visit a small family winery, where you will taste two wines with a small savory pairing. If you have time, you can visit the Borgo di Soave, for a leisurely lunch in its charming streets. An intimate and refined experience in the heart of the Veneto region.
Arrival in the province of Verona independently with your own car or rental car. You’ll be free to arrive at whatever time you prefer.
Check-in at the hotel, depending on availability and what was agreed upon during the itinerary organisation phase, accommodation will be in a 3-star hotel or traditional farmhouse.
The first dinner is included in the package and will be served directly at the accommodation restaurant or in a nearby restaurant. The menu includes a tasting of 3 traditional courses with drinks included: water, coffee and a bottle of local wine for every 2 people. You will taste typical dishes such as Risotto all'Amarone or bigoli al ragù d'anatra and salumi della lessinia.

In the morning, visit to a niche winery. The reception staff will give you an introduction to the pedoclimatic characteristics of Valpolicella and the distinction into classic and extended zones. The tour continues in the wine-making and ageing rooms where you will be told about the production process from the grape harvest to the labelling of the main types produced here: Amarone, Ripasso and Recioto. The winery tour ends with a tasting of three wines with a small savoury pairing.
The rest of the day is free at your disposal to explore the area. You can reach the city of Verona to shop in its elegant streets and enjoy its romantic historic centre

Return to your accommodation and overnight stay.

In the morning, visit of a small family-run wine cellar. Depending on your preference for red or white wine, you can visit a second Valpolicella cellar or select a Soave cellar. Here you can experience the passion of the producer and learn more about the special characteristics of a small winery. The winery experience ends with the tasting of 2 wines with a small savoury accompaniment.
End of services and return on your own. Or if you have the opportunity to stay in the area in the afternoon, you could reach the Borgo di Soave surrounded by its historic walls and enjoy lunch in the tranquillity of its streets.
The details of the wineries and the accommodation will be communicated one month prior to arrival in the itinerary organization phase. Specifically, you will be given a selection of ⅔ wineries by type in order to customize the tour to your preferences.
Pets are not allowed in most of the accommodation and wineries included in the tour, please contact us to check availability before booking.

The tour is wheelchair accessible, it is important to inform our staff of your specific needs in order to select the most suitable itinerary.
The package is available for online sale with bookings of a minimum of two people on a double basis and a maximum of 6 people (with accommodation in 3 double/twin rooms) in the same booking.

Payment of the balance upon confirmation of booking by credit card.
Cancellation conditions:
75% refund for cancellation 15 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellation between 14 and 9 days prior to arrival.
100% non-refundable for cancellations received within 8 days prior to arrival and no-shows
